In the waning days of September, iconic American beer company Pabst Blue Ribbon will be hosting a two-day music festival appropriately named Project Pabst. Taking place in Portland, Oregon on September 27th and the 28th, the event is home to a consummately rad lineup that includes, but certainly isn’t limited to, revered Issaquah indie rock legends Modest Mouse, Wu-Tang Clansman GZA (whom will be performing his 1995 classic Liquid Swords in its entirety), the Violent Femmes, as well as Bay Area alternative rapper K.Flay, the charming up-and-coming indie rock band Speedy Ortiz, Seattle experimental hip-hop duo Shabazz Palaces, among many others. For a complete lineup and schedule all in one, consult the image below. Tickets for day 1, 2 and/or both are available at this location.
On top of the two-day festival advertised above, Project Pabst is also home to a three-day series of Night Shows to take place all over Portland, taking place on September 26th through the 28th, home to a number of bands including Guided By Voices, Vektor, Built to Spill, High On Fire, The Constantines and more.
