The New Pornographers and The Pains of Being Pure at Heart playing two shows at the Showbox October 5th and 6th.

The New Pornographers, beloved indie rock outfit that you might as well consider an indie rock supergroup, considering their lineup consists of fantastic singer-songwriters Neko Case and A. C. Newman, as well as Dan Bejar whom is the frontman for Destroyer, are coming to the Showbox in Seattle two nights in a row on their tour supporting their recently-released sixth full-length LP Brill Bruisers. Joining them for both dates is the equally rad indie-noise pop act The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, whom are also supporting a new 2014 album, namely Days of Abandon.
