One-Eyed Doll is a theatrical rock-duo from Austin, TX, and are currently out in support of their Standby Records debut, ‘Witches,’ that was released earlier this year. Over the years the band has gained a considerably large cult following with their interactive, somewhat tongue-in-cheek live shows, featuring only Kimberly Freeman on guitar and vocals, and Jason “Junior” Sewell on drums.
A true DIY success, One-Eyed Doll has been direct support for Orgy, Mushroomhead, Wayne Static of Static-X, Otep, and countless others. Freeman was also deemed one of Guitar Player Magazine’s “Top 20 Most Extraordinary Female Guitar Players” and one of Revolver Magazine’s “Top 5 Most Influential Women In Music.” The new album ‘Witches’ (a concept album surrounding the Salem Witch Hysteria of 1692) can be heard HERE, and their music video for “Committed” can be seen HERE.
